ReplyDeleteI'm not so sure about the painted out trim for your standard, every day house. It looks gorgeous in houses with tall ceilings and tons of decorative moulding but I don't think it would work in my more simple house :-). Like Vel, I love the modern safari!
ReplyDeleteI love the trend of painted paneling from floor to ceiling - especially in high gloss and a bold color. (Totally opposite from my boring house!) Have you seen the blue room of Jenny @ Little Green Notebook? (a work in progress) So cool.
